U.I.A.D.M. addresses not only to the internal pharmaceutical field and to the approximately  1.500.000 people working inside the Medical/Pharmaceutical Information and promotion, but it also participates and makes suggestions that contribute to the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry and the evolution of research, as well as the patients' right for easy access to medicines. The powerful deontology and the designation of professional principles and regulations are the consignment for the sociability of the U.I.A.D.M., who, apart from our professional issues, aims at the promotion of the citizens' health and the right of all people, especially of those coming from economically and socially weak backgrounds, to new treatments.

Medical Advisor remains still the most powerful connective link between the research, the pharmaceutical development and the clinical medical action and vice versa, which means that Medical Advisor gives the feedback and the social balance is significally positive for the protection and the promotion of citizens' health and the development and the healthy competition of pharmaceutical research and industry.

Despite the various forms of working relations, the disparity of salaries from one country to another, the different social systems and the impersonal way of handling working relations due to the globalization, U.I.A.D.M.' s main principles must remain immutable:

.        High professional responsibility

.        Powerful deontology

.        Medical/Pharmaceutical Information which aims at the promotion of citizens’ health

.        Lifetime training and maintenance and preservation of the Medical Advisor' s principles

.        Constant cooperation with everyone involved in the pharmaceutical and sanitary field, having as a primary target and intention the Health' s promotion.
